Ben Burton

Ben Burton is currently serving as the Fare Revenue Systems Administrator at WeGo Public Transit since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Uniguest from July 2011 to June 2023, including Jr Security Analyst, DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, Senior Technical Support Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist Co-op. In these roles, Ben successfully collaborated with software development and operations, managed internal ticketing systems, supported a large fleet of remote client devices, and contributed to project management and process automation. Ben holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Computer Networking Technology from Nashville State Community College.
