Dan Freudberg has extensive experience in transit operations, currently serving as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Operations Systems at WeGo Public Transit since August 2010. Throughout the tenure at WeGo Public Transit, Dan has held various roles, including Director of Service Quality, Scheduling and Service Planning Manager, Senior Scheduler & Service Planner, and Operations Supervisor. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Bus Operator and Relief Dispatcher at Charlottesville Area Transit from August 2008 to August 2010, and as a Lead Dispatcher, Bus Driver, and Trainer at the University Transit Service, University of Virginia from May 2005 to December 2009. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Psychology from the University of Virginia, completed in 2008.
