Ashley Stapleton

Ashley Stapleton is a strategic communication and organizational strategy consultant with over a decade of experience in leading initiatives for national foundations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. Currently, as the Principal at Stapleflo Consulting, Ashley designs Communities of Practice and provides strategic guidance on organizational development. Previously, Ashley served as Director and Of Counsel at Metropolitan Group, where they contributed to significant narrative change campaigns. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and an MBA in Marketing from Portland State University.
