Shadiin Garcia

Shadiin Garcia is the Owner of Shoreline Consulting, leading the organization in constructing solutions that align with goals and leverage the voices of those involved. As an Executive Vice President at Metropolitan Group, Shadiin continues to bring their expertise in strategy and operations. With a background in education and research, Shadiin has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Educator Advancement Council and Project Director at Chalkboard Project. Shadiin holds a PhD in Critical and Sociocultural Studies in Education from the University of Oregon, along with a Master of Education and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Yale University.
