Belayneh Belayneh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both entrepreneurship and the hospitality sector. As the Founder and CEO of Be On Level Over Beyond Greatness LLC since April 2017, Belayneh focuses on creating greater value in various ventures. In addition, Belayneh serves as a Server at Metropolitan Hospitality Group at TRIO Grill since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Belayneh gained valuable experience at Sunglass Hut, holding multiple positions including Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Retail Sales Associate from June 2011 to August 2015. Belayneh is an alumnus of Washington-Lee High School and Northern Virginia Community College.
