Donna Nadine Bailey RN, BSN is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical training and development. Currently serving as a Senior Clinical Learning & Development Specialist at MJHS since January 2022, Donna leads cross-functional education initiatives, facilitating enterprise-wide training for over 250 employees across more than 15 departments. Donna has also worked as a Health & Wellness Coach for Executive Women at Bloom Wellness Solutions LLC since September 2023, utilizing a signature coaching program to enhance personal and professional balance. Previously, Donna held senior training roles at Elderplan Inc and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where responsibilities included designing targeted training programs and overseeing significant onboarding processes. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University.
