Jessica Strano

Jessica Strano, LMSW, is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and community service sectors. Currently serving as a Social Work Care Manager at MJHS since September 2023, Jessica has previously held significant positions, including DCM Social Work Supervisor and Social Worker at Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation from September 2019 to August 2023. Earlier career experience includes working as a Social Worker at the Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center, Inc. from September 2016 to September 2019, and providing social work services for the Town of Huntington and Nassau BOCES. Jessica began the social work journey as a Respite Counselor at Family and Children's Association and completed an internship at Natchaug Hospital. Academically, Jessica earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Touro University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
