Yaxin Wang

Yaxin (Kelly) Wang is a seasoned professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Program Manager at MJHS since September 2022. In this role, Yaxin focuses on journey mapping and designing outbound call campaigns to align with organizational goals. Previously, as a Senior Marketing Outreach Manager at Centene Corporation, Yaxin directed marketing and community outreach efforts, enhancing the company's brand presence. At UnitedHealth Group, Yaxin held the position of Broker Manager, successfully managing a large network of brokers and agencies, as well as facilitating enrollment processes for eligible participants.
