Lily Nurlita has extensive experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the tourism industry. Lily started their career as a Sales Executive at Topas Galeria Hotel in 2001 and later held various managerial and head positions at Hotel Horison Bandung and Aston Braga Hotel & Residence. In 2012, they joined PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk as the Vice General Manager of the Hotel Division and later became the Vice General Manager of Customer Relationship Management. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the General Manager of Corporate Communications & Customer Relationship Management. Most recently, they have assumed the role of General Manager of Sales & Marketing at PT. Metropolitan Land Tbk, which they started in February 2021. Throughout their career, Lily has demonstrated expertise in developing sales and marketing plans, budgeting, marketing campaigns, sales strategies, revenue management, event management, and pre-opening projects.
From 1996 to 1999, Lily Nurlita attended Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and pursued a degree in Communication.
