Dale Kooyenga

Dale Kooyenga began their work experience in 2001 as an adjunct instructor at Lakeland University. From 2001 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Manager-Certified Public Accountant at KPMG. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Mpirik until 2017 when they transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer at Stonehouse Water Technologies. In 2019, they joined Alligator Holdings LLC as a Director and served until 2023. Additionally, they served as a Wisconsin State Senator for the 5th Senate District from 2011 to 2022. In 2022, they co-founded Hero Cards, an organization honoring the sacrifices made by members of the US military. Currently, they serve as Senior Vice President at MMAC.

Dale Kooyenga has a diverse education history. Dale obtained a Top Secret - SCI Clearance certification from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in February 2006. In January 2002, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the State of Wisconsin.

In terms of formal education, Dale Kooyenga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Business Administration from Lakeland University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Dale Kooyenga also pursued specialized training related to their military service. Dale completed the Civil Affairs (38A) Course at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, which they concluded in 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, where they earned an ILE certification (Intermediate-Level Education).

In 2020 and 2021, Dale Kooyenga attended the Harvard Business School, participating in the Young American Leaders Program with a focus on Civic Engagement as part of the U.S. Competitive Project.
