Erica Bailey

Erica Bailey is an accomplished event coordinator with extensive experience in logistics, fundraiser events, and community engagement, currently serving at Metropolitan Ministries since September 2022. Prior to this, Erica held various roles in the entertainment industry, including talent coordinator and production assistant at Bluewater, and social media and community manager at KORRES. With a foundation in live show production at HSN, Erica has also worked in customer service and promotions across several organizations, demonstrating a diverse skill set in event management, social media strategy, and client relations. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Advertising from the University of South Florida.
