Keri Thatcher

Keri Thatcher is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Metropolitan Ministries since October 2011, Keri has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, Keri worked as an HR Generalist at Advanced C4 Solutions and as an Employee Experience Generalist at Playground Destination Properties. Earlier career experiences include positions as an HR Representative at Paychex and Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services. Keri holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Florida.
