Volunteer Staff at metropolitan ministries

Scott Morgan has extensive experience in both nonprofit and military leadership roles. Since November 2012, Scott has served as Volunteer Staff at Metropolitan Ministries, focusing on engaging and training volunteers to assist the homeless and low-income families, notably managing the "Toy Land" Operations during the Christmas season. Prior to this, Scott held significant positions in the U.S. Army, culminating in roles such as Command Sergeant Major for the 19th Special Forces Group and the 1st Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group, where Scott advocated for over 2,300 soldiers and their families, ensured adherence to training policies, and achieved commendable retention rates. In addition, Scott worked as RC SOF Senior Enlisted Adviser at USSOCOM, managing operational budgets and overseeing over 7,500 Reserve Component Special Operational Forces. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
