Cristina Ryan Raggio

Cristina Ryan Raggio is an experienced fundraising and development professional with a diverse background in major gift and patron giving. Currently serving as Director of Patron and Young Associate Giving and Deputy Director of Patron and Individual Giving at the Metropolitan Opera since September 2018, Raggio has a track record of building relationships and advancing organizational missions. Prior to this role, Raggio held key positions at Stony Brook University as Director of Development for the College of Arts and Sciences, and at CancerCare as Director of Major and Planned Gifts, where relationship building and donor engagement strategies were emphasized. Raggio also contributed to The Big Apple Circus as Director of Individual and Major Giving and spent 18 years at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in various roles, including Manager of Membership Special Events. Raggio holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Classical Civilizations from New York University and has foundational education from the High School of Music and Art and Marymount School of New York.
