Mark Rosenberg

Mark Rosenberg serves as Principal and Chief Operating Officer at MHR Fund Management LLC since 2002. In addition to this role, Mark holds several key positions including Trustee at the Natan Fund and the Hispanic Society Museum & Library, and Advisory Director at the Metropolitan Opera. Mark also chairs the Advisory Board at the Penn Institute for Urban Research and has served as a Trustee for Professional Children's School and Rippowam Cisqua School in the past. Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School.
