Stefanie Izzo is a seasoned professional in arts education and music performance, currently serving as the Manager of Education Partnerships at the Metropolitan Opera since October 2023. In this role, Stefanie oversees the Access Opera student dress rehearsal program, manages volunteers and teaching artists, and organizes professional development for educators. As a freelance soprano since 2007, Stefanie co-founded The Astoria Music Project in 2017, which aims to provide innovative concert experiences for diverse audiences. Previously, Stefanie held roles at The Metropolitan Opera Guild, including Assistant Director of Education Partnerships, where responsibilities included managing dress rehearsals for thousands of students annually and coordinating various educational outreach programs.
