Stephanie Basta

Stephanie Basta is currently the Chief Human Resources & Labor Relations Officer at The Metropolitan Opera. Stephanie has been in this role since September of 2021 and oversees the Human Resources function. Prior to their current role, Stephanie served as the Chief People Officer at Kroll from March 2018 to September 2021. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function. Stephanie has also served as the Senior Director of Human Resources Special Projects at The New School from June 2007 to January 2017 and as an Independent Consultant at Wildlife Conservation Society from December 2005 to June 2007. Stephanie has also held the role of Associate Chief Human Resources Officer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from January 2017 to March 2018.

Stephanie Basta has a Bachelor's Degree in Stephanie'story from Princeton University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School.
