Sebastion Williams

Sebastion Williams, MSEd, LCPC, CCM has a diverse and extensive work experience in the behavioral health field. Sebastion has held various leadership roles in different organizations. Sebastion worked as a Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services at Metropolitan Peace Initiatives and as an Online Therapist at BetterHelp.com. Sebastion also served as a Director of Behavioral Health Access at HCA Mission Hospital and as the Manager of Waiver Services at Cook County Health/CountyCare. Additionally, Sebastion worked as the Senior Director of Colbert Class Members Program, Medical Management at IlliniCare Health and as the Director of Clinical Operations at NextLevel Health. Sebastion has also held positions as a Clinical Manager at both IlliniCare Health Plan, Inc. and Metropolitan Family Services. Sebastion's earlier experiences include roles as the SASS Program Supervisor at Metropolitan Family Services, the Central Intake Manager/Managed Care Assistant Director at Haymarket Center, and the Director of Care Coordination at PsycHealth.

Sebastion Williams holds a Master of Science degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Chicago State University, obtained in 1986. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the same university in 1985. In 1980-1982, they attended City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sebastion Williams has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they became a Certified Case Manager through The Commission for Case Management Certification. Sebastion is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, licensed by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health since July 2022. Moreover, they hold a license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, granted by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation since March 1997.
