Terrance C Payne has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Terrance began their career in 2013 as a Correctional Professional/Officer at the Ohio Community Corrections Association, where they ensured the safety and well-being of residents, enforced program rules, and conducted searches and urinalysis. In 2015, they transitioned to 1st Security Protection Services of Ohio as an Armed Protective Services Officer.
In 2016, Terrance took on the role of an Armed Security Specialist at Tenable Protective Services, where they provided security for events and patrolled the campus of Cleveland State University. Terrance also worked at the Quicken Loan Arena during the Republican National Convention that year. Simultaneously, they held the position of a Protective Services Officer at Constant Protective Security Services & Consultant Services, where they conducted day-to-day operations, patrolled properties, and provided assistance to local law enforcement.
In 2018, Terrance became a Commanding/Major at National Premier Protective Services, overseeing security coverage and ensuring post duties were fulfilled. Terrance left this role in 2020 to join Executive Security Group, Inc. as a Protective Services Officer, where they assisted staff and guests at the Residence Inn Marriott and maintained patrol logs. Terrance also founded their own companies, Metropolitan Protective Services, Inc. in 2019 and We'll Get It Done Janitorial Cleaning Services in 2020.
Terrance's most recent positions include Correctional Officer at the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department, starting in 2021, and Special Police Officer at Cleveland Corporate Protection Services, where they are currently responsible for enforcing laws, responding to calls, and ensuring the safety of people and property.
Throughout their career, Terrance has demonstrated a commitment to law enforcement and security, progressively advancing in their roles and developing skills in leadership and protecting others.
Terrance C Payne completed their high school education at Garfield Senior High School from 2009 to 2011, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. Later, from 2014 to 2026, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Criminal Justice at Youngstown State University.
