Emily DiMaggio, CTR, currently serves as the Recruiting Lead at Kearney & Company, a position held since February 2022. Emily has also been a Dance Instructor/Choreographer at the Metropolitan School of the Arts since 2017, where responsibilities include teaching various dance styles to students aged 7 to 18, choreographing performances, and assisting with event coordination. Previously, Emily worked as a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, leading group fitness classes and enhancing client engagement. Earlier experience includes performing as a professional dancer with Motion X Dance DC. Emily holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of the Arts.

For artists with academic standing who want to pursue a career in the performing arts, they offer an academy program and a conservatory that prepares students for college. They offer classes and lessons in dance, theater,and music for students of all ages after school as part of their recreational and pre-professional non-competitive arts training program.
