Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in the security services sector. Currently employed at Walden Security since April 2019, Mark previously served as a Site Supervisor at Allied Universal from April 2015 to April 2019, and had a brief stint as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in early 2016. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Branch Manager at US Security Associates from November 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing operations for over 500 personnel and overseeing a $1.5 million budget. Mark's career in security began after a 15-year tenure as a Police Officer and Supervisor across several police departments from May 1976 to August 1992. Mark holds an Associate degree in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Middle Tennessee State University, attended in two separate periods from 1975 to 1984, and a General degree with a focus on History and Science from Smyrna High School.
