Zach Winchester

Director, Quality Assurance at Metropolitan Security Services

As Director of Quality Assurance, Zach Winchester plans, coordinates and directs the quality assurance program to ensure the proper delivery of security services to customers. He oversees and maintains the ISO certification, a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides consistent, standardized security guard force management - including staffing, training, start-up operations, records management and compliance administration. Zach most recently served as the EVP of the Commercial Services Division, where he oversaw CSD's customers in Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Georgia and the Command Technology Center (CTC).

Zach's 15 successful years in client services and leadership are attributed to his employee-focused approach. By investing in his employees, Zach advanced the efforts of Walden's Chattanooga and Birmingham Branches as Regional Vice President over the last three years. He carried those experiences to the balance of the Southeast region and the CTC. Zach also takes a partnership approach with his customers to help shape their security needs based on their operational and financial goals for the future. As a community-minded individual, Zach is an ASIS International Tri-State Chapter member and enjoys volunteering with various organizations.
