Dr. Samuel Jay

Dr. Samuel Jay serves as the Executive Director of Digital Learning at Metropolitan State University of Denver, leading the development and implementation of the university’s strategic direction for digital education, particularly through the integration of emerging technologies such as AI and VR/AR. With over a decade of experience in academia, Dr. Jay has previously held various roles including Professor, Executive Director of Emergent Technology & Academic Transformation, and Director of Faculty Affairs, focusing on faculty diversity, academic success, and strategic planning across divisions. Additionally, Dr. Jay is an established producer and co-host of the podcast "Unfiltered" and has extensive consulting experience through Jay Communication Solutions. Dr. Jay holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Denver and has a comprehensive academic background with several adjunct faculty positions at various institutions.
