Elizabeth Jay

Elizabeth (Lent) Jay, MSW, LCSW, ACS, is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical practice and education. Currently serving as the Founder and Lead Clinical Consultant at Springboard Consulting, LLC, and Affiliate Faculty at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Elizabeth has held various clinical positions including Clinical Manager at Aurora Mental Health Center and School Clinical Supervisor at Mount Saint Vincent. With a solid foundation in individual and family therapy, program development, and crisis intervention, Elizabeth has worked with diverse populations in multiple settings. Educational credentials consist of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
