Emily Hirsch

Emily Hirsch is an experienced professional in accessibility and disability services, currently serving as the Accessibility Coordinator at the Access Center of Metropolitan State University of Denver since November 2025. Previously, from September 2021 to November 2025, Emily worked as an Accommodation Specialist at the University of Denver's Student Disability Services, focusing on ensuring equitable access for students through ADA accommodations and collaborating with faculty and staff for inclusive support. Prior experience includes working as an Employment Specialist at Denver Public Schools, where Emily provided long-term career counseling and transition services to youth with disabilities, and as a Senior Fellow at the Colorado "I Have A Dream" Foundation, supporting students in becoming career and college ready. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Arizona.
