Jermaine Gunnells

Jermaine Gunnells, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Brother to Brother Program at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where responsibilities include overseeing initiatives aimed at increasing the retention and graduation rates of male-identified students of color. Gunnells also holds interim roles as Associate Director of Equity and Racial Justice Programs and Student Conduct Officer. Prior experience includes positions as Academic Advisor and Coordinator of the Urban Male Initiative at Community College of Denver, Sales and Leasing Consultant at NE Property Management LLC, and Customer Relations Specialist at Mr. Cooper. Gunnells earned an MBA in Project Management from Oklahoma Christian University and a BS in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Langston University, along with a fellowship in Teacher Education and Professional Development from the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado.
