Jillian Mollenhauer

Professor, Art History, Theory & Criticism at Metropolitan State University of Denver

Jillian Mollenhauer is an accomplished academic with extensive experience in art history, theory, and criticism. Since August 2010, Mollenhauer has served as an Associate Professor of Art History at Metropolitan State University of Denver, having previously held the position of Assistant Professor. Prior to this role, Mollenhauer was a PhD student and Summer Teaching Fellow at the University of California, San Diego, where responsibilities included instructing an Introduction to Art course and managing a teaching assistant. Additionally, Mollenhauer worked as Adjunct Faculty in Arts and Communications at Southwestern Community College from August 2006 to August 2008. Mollenhauer holds a PhD in Art History, Theory, and Criticism from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
