Patricia Surman

Patricia Surman serves as an Associate Professor of Flute and Director of Woodwind Studies at Metropolitan State University of Denver since August 2015, following a role as Assistant Professor of Flute. Additionally, Patricia is the Owner and CEO of Conservatory at Home, providing in-home and online music lessons since August 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Artist Teacher of Flute at Northeastern State University from August 2008 to August 2015. Patricia holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Music Performance, Flute, obtained from the University of North Texas (2007-2010) and a Master of Music in Flute Performance from the same institution (2006-2007).
