Milt Thomas

Milt Thomas is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in communication and change management. Since February 1999, Milt has held the position of Adjunct Instructor at the University of St. Thomas, developing and teaching graduate communication courses for the Opus College of Business. Concurrently, as an Instructor at Metropolitan State University since January 1988, Milt teaches courses in organizational communication and group dynamics. Milt also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Hamline University, focusing on Leading Through Change for graduate programs. Milt's professional background includes serving as a Change Management Coordinator at the Minnesota Department of Human Services and as a Training and Development Specialist at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Milt's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Communication from the University of Montana and doctoral studies at both the University of Washington and the University of Minnesota.
