Philip Fuehrer

Philip Fuehrer currently serves as the Director of Student Life/Leadership at Metropolitan State University, a position held since February 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing Student Life, Leadership Development, and various orientation programs. Fuehrer has previously occupied several roles at the university, including Interim Director of Student Development and Assistant Director of Student Leadership. In addition to academic roles, Fuehrer is the State Chair for the Independence-Alliance Party of Minnesota, focusing on strategic development and volunteer management. Past leadership experience includes serving on the Executive Committee of the District One Community Council and working on the James Gibson for U.S. Senate campaign. Fuehrer's military background includes serving as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration from Metro State University and a Bachelor's degree in European Area Studies from the University of Minnesota.
