Samantha Wacker Mpna

Samantha Wacker, MPNA, currently serves as a Community Faculty member at Metropolitan State University, teaching Principles of Management Information Systems since January 2015. In addition, Samantha holds the position of Service Management Lead at UCare, overseeing various processes including incident, major incident, and problem management, as well as change and knowledge management. Previous roles include Director of IT User Services at Metropolitan State University, where responsibilities included managing the IT User Services team and mentoring staff, and serving as a Technical Operations Associate at Northwest Airlines. Samantha earned a Master’s degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Metro State University.
