Dan Read

Dan Read is an experienced professional in client relations and market intelligence within the property and housing sectors. Currently serving as a Client Relationship & Research Partner at Metropolitan Thames Valley since May 2019, Dan manages partnerships with operational management services and investment firms. Previous roles include Partnerships & Market Intelligence Manager at MTVH, where Dan established investor relationships and led a team providing sales intelligence, and Regional Head of Sales London at Thames Valley Housing Association, overseeing new build progression and customer satisfaction. With a solid foundation in property management and sales from earlier positions at Fizzy Living and Thames Valley Housing Association, coupled with expertise in business development and account management from various agencies and an early career in property insurance, Dan holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management from Kingston University.
