Glenn Richardson

Glenn Richardson is an experienced professional in data and project management, currently serving as the Head of Data and Business Intelligence at Metropolitan Thames Valley since April 2018. In this role, Glenn has structured and led a team of 20 data professionals, establishing a robust data architecture to support business decision-making. Prior to this, Glenn held positions including Global Head of Data Delivery, Operations and Data Protection at Findmypast, where leadership extended to teams across multiple countries, and PMO/Programme Manager at Pearson, focusing on strategic recovery of a failing PMO. Glenn's earlier experience includes establishing a Project Management Office at Bupa Global and working as a Test Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Lancaster University.
