Julie Shail

Julie Shail has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and housing sector. Since December 1992, Julie has held multiple leadership roles at Metropolitan Thames Valley, including Head of Sales Compliance, Regional Head of Sales, and Sales Delivery Manager, contributing to the management of approximately 57,000 homes across several regions in the UK. Prior to this, Julie served as Office Manager at Gaussens Chartered Surveyors from 1987 to 1992, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing client relations for various surveying services. Julie's career began at Connells, where from 1983 to 1987, responsibilities included office management and customer service for the estate agency. Julie is an alumnus of Hendon School.
