Lauren Burke has extensive experience in leadership and management within the social services and customer care sectors. Currently serving as the Assessment and Support Team Leader at Metropolitan Thames Valley since July 2017, Lauren has held several key roles including Customer Risk Triage Manager and Safeguarding Quality Manager, both established following a consultation process. Additionally, Lauren has acted as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and temporarily led the Customer Care Team. Previously, Lauren worked at Domestic & General from December 2013 to June 2017, progressing through roles from Contact Center Agent to Team Leader positions, including Sky outbound and Product replacement teams.
