Mary Slade

Mary Slade serves as Legal Counsel at Metropolitan Title of Indiana, LLC, since February 2023, focusing on real estate, financial, legal, and title solutions for commercial transactions. Previously, Mary held roles including National Title Operations Manager at Endpoint, where expertise in underwriting and technology facilitated real estate results, and as Vice President, National Underwriting Counsel for PGP Title and Premier Land Title Insurance Company, providing national underwriting and training resources. Additional experience includes positions as Indiana State Underwriting Counsel at First American Title, Partner at Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, Senior Attorney at Plunkett & Cooney, P.C., and Vice President at Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Early career roles include Indiana Underwriting Counsel at Chicago Title Insurance Family of Companies and Deputy Prosecutor for the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney of Marion County, Indiana. Mary holds a Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Butler University.
