Mike's earlier tenure at Bosch Automotive Proving Grounds spanned 15 years, where roles included Sales and Account Representative / Technical Specialist and Engineering Technician, participating in customer service, logistics management, and safety committees. Mike began involvement in the automotive field as a Vehicle Test Driver from January 1995 to January 1997. A graduate of Bethel College with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, Mike possesses strong skills in account profitability, business development, and customer relationship management.
