Kevin Manning

Kevin Manning has extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Cyber Security Specialist IV at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County since August 2013, with prior roles including Server Support Specialist IV and Network Support Specialist III. Previous positions include IT Supervisor at Transocean, Domain/System Administrator at ExxonMobil, and Senior Systems Analyst at the National Space Biomedical Research Institute. Kevin also held the IT Manager position at VetPlan, LLC, overseeing both customer and technical support, and worked as Level 2 LAN Support at Heritage Health Systems, supporting a large user base. Kevin's military background includes serving as Battalion Data Chief in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities involved managing network systems for approximately 1100 Marines. Kevin completed education at San Jacinto College from 2002 to 2003.
