Kurt Luhrsen

Kurt Luhrsen has a vast amount of experience in the transit industry, with roles in planning, service implementation, and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Bus Operations at the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Kurt oversees a large staff and a significant budget. Prior to this, Kurt held various managerial positions at North County Transit District and Transportation Management & Design, Inc. Kurt holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies & Planning from UC San Diego.
