Jill Schurman, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as an ERP Technical/Functional Analyst I at Metropolitan Utilities District since December 2020. Previously, Jill worked at the City of Omaha as a benefits specialist from April 2019 to December 2020, and held the role of interim recruiter for the City of Council Bluffs from May 2018 to September 2018. Jill also served in various capacities at Iowa Western Community College, including Employee Engagement and Wellness Specialist and Benefits Specialist from August 2015 to May 2018, as well as Human Resources Business Partner from October 2007 to February 2010. Jill holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State College.
