Dhamotharakkannan Srinivasagam has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dhamotharakkannan started their career at IBM Global Services as a Technical Lead in 2000 and worked there until 2006. Dhamotharakkannan then joined WSSC as the Manager of Application Development & Database Services, where they stayed for nearly a decade before becoming the Chief Technology & Mobility Officer at WSSC in 2015. After their time at WSSC, Dhamotharakkannan Srinivasagam moved on to become the Director of Enterprise Business Innovation and Analytics at Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority in 2017. Dhamotharakkannan currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at MWAA Labs, where they lead technological advancements and innovation.

Dhamotharakkannan Srinivasagam completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College from 1995 to 1998. Dhamotharakkannan also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from GVN College - Kovilpatti from 1992 to 1995 and a Higher Secondary degree in Mathematics from Lakshmi Mills Higher Secondary School, Kovilpatti from 1990 to 1992. Their education started with grades 6 to 10 at Goverment Higher Secondary School N Subbiah Puram from 1984 to 1989. In addition, Dhamotharakkannan has various certifications including TOGAF® 9 Certification from The Open Group, PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and IBM.
