John A. Braun

John A. Braun is the current Director at Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member on the Secure Commonwealth Panel for the Commonwealth of Virginia from September 2014 to September 2018. John has also worked as the Vice President of Washington Operations for Teledyne Technologies Incorporated from June 2001 to February 2012, and as a Senior Policy Analyst for the US Air Force from December 1994 to June 1999.

John also has a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in international law and legal studies. Their undergraduate degree is in political science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. John also has a certificate in comparative politics and economics from Georgetown University.
