Judith N. Batty

Judith N. Batty is the current Director at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Judith has a long and accomplished career in law, spending 28 years at ExxonMobil in various positions, including Senior Counsel and General Counsel at the company's YK/TonenGeneral subsidiary in Japan.

During their time at ExxonMobil, Ms. Batty advised the company's CEO and other senior management on a variety of complex issues affecting one of the largest oil refining and marketing companies in Japan. Judith was respected for their ability to generate creative and strategic solutions to the issues arising during negotiations.

Ms. Batty has a wealth of international experience and perspective, which they have used to inform the leadership of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Judith is committed to providing the best possible service to the Authority's customers and creating a safe and efficient transportation system for the Washington, D.C. area.

Judith N. Batty has a Doctor of Law (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from New York University. Judith also has a certification from the Bar Association of the District of Columbia in Member.
