Mary Helou

Mary Helou is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Debt Manager at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority since January 2017, Mary has also held the positions of Finance Analyst and TIFIA Compliance Accountant. Prior to this role, experience includes a tenure at VA Megaprojects from March 2008 to January 2017 as Program Accounting Manager for CH2M, alongside an earlier position as Senior Project Accountant with CH2M from September 2005 to January 2017. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the same institution (2001-2004). Expertise encompasses financial data analysis, budgeting, invoicing, cost accounting management, and team leadership in financial environments.
