Frank Soto

Frank Soto, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned IT project manager with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure and software deployment projects across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior IT Project Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since May 2022, Frank previously held the position of IT Project Manager at the City of Pasadena from January 2016 to May 2022. Their earlier career includes roles as PMO Director and Senior IT Project Manager at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, IS Program Manager at DHL, and Site Integration Project/Program Manager II at Sprint Communications. Frank's technical background began as an engineer at Nextel Communications. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry Institute of Technology.
