Jennifer Nevills has over two decades of experience in water resource management and environmental science. Since August 2003, Jennifer has held various positions at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, currently serving as Program Manager for Bay Delta Initiatives, following roles as Principal Resource Specialist and Senior Resource Specialist. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Engineer I at King County from April 1999 to January 2002 and as a Biological Science Technician with the National Park Service from May 1996 to October 1998. Academically, Jennifer is pursuing a Master of Natural Resources Stewardship at Colorado State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Biology, and Chemistry obtained from Western Washington University.

The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is a cooperative of 26 cities and water agencies serving nearly 19 million people in six counties. The district imports water from the Colorado River and Northern California to supplement local supplies, and helps its members to develop increased water conservation, recycling, storage and other resource-management programs.
