Mark Brower

Mark Brower is the Human Resources Group Manager at Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. Prior to this, Mark held positions such as Deputy Director of Human Resources at the City of Santa Monica, Utility Billing & Customer Services Manager at the City of Beverly Hills, and Manager, Global Sales Training at Discus Dental. Mark graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
