Patty Quilizapa

Patty Quilizapa is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in water law and public agency representation. Currently serving as Senior Deputy General Counsel at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since June 2015, Patty has previously held positions as a Partner at Aleshire & Wynder, LLP, and as a Senior Associate at McCormick, Kidman, & Behrens, LLP. Early career experience includes an Associate role at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Patty holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from California State University, Fullerton.
