Timothy Blair is an experienced water resource management professional with a strong background in project development and policy formulation. Currently serving as Unit Manager for Implementation Projects and Studies at the Metropolitan Water District since May 2003, Timothy focuses on enhancing water supplies and conservation initiatives in Southern California. Previously, Timothy held roles including Program Manager of Water Use Efficiency, where significant contributions to water conservation policies and regulations were made.
