Victor Ramirez

Victor Ramirez, MSLM, is an experienced facilities and fleet management professional with over 20 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Facility and Fleet Management Section Manager at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California since December 2015, Victor oversees a comprehensive range of operations including preventive maintenance, project support, and team management. Previously, Victor worked as a Senior Manager of Facilities Asset Management at Southern California Edison from January 2008 to December 2015, where responsibilities included directing a 35-person team and managing facility compliance and safety. Earlier in the career, Victor held the position of Facilities Operations Manager at OneSource Energy Services, supervising a 20-person team and ensuring effective operations and maintenance. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from DeVry University, and an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-West Covina.
